Shipping & Delivery Policy
At VaixTees Store, we team up with international merchants to bring you great prices and a unique global shopping experience. Your orders ship directly from various countries like Thailand, the US, Russia, Germany, China, and India. This means delivery can take 2-4 weeks, so please don’t worry if it’s not immediate—it’s on its way! While we aim for timely delivery, we can’t guarantee exact arrival times or be liable for delays, as we rely on third-party shipping partners.
Once you place an order, it takes 3-5 business days for us to process it. A tracking number will then typically be generated for you within 3-7 business days. Don’t worry if you don’t see your tracking number right away; it’s on its way! However, if you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days, or if the tracking status still shows “not available” 3-5 business days after you’ve received the number, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Once the shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is
- USA: Between 10 – 15 business days average
- Canada: Between 16 – 20 business days average
- Europe: Between 10 – 25 business days average (GB:12-25 days)
- Australia: Between 10 – 25 business days average
- All Others: Between 20 – 40 business days average (ask and we will provide you with the information)
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION :
For some shipping companies, it takes 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us via email: [email protected]

SHIPPING DELAYS :
Please note that estimated shipping times begin the day your order is shipped, not the day it’s placed. Your delivery might take longer than expected because of an invalid address, customs procedures, or other reasons beyond our control.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED :
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, please contact the carrier directly first to locate your package. Once an item is with the carrier, it’s out of our control. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help.
Please understand that we aren’t responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like customs processing, natural events, transfers between shipping services (e.g., USPS to a local carrier), or transportation strikes. We also don’t cover any extra fees, customs charges, or backend charges incurred from these delays.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped a refund cannot be processed until the product has been returned to us.
- Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending upon the type, quantity, and weight of item(s) in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount that appears at checkout.
- We are not responsible if a package is/are not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out, if shipping information is not corrected within the given time frame, store policy will apply.
